Meet Leo Chang
I'm Leo Chang, Senior Editor at AI Tools Hub. I spent 5+ years as a software engineer before switching to full-time AI tool testing and reviewing. Since GPT-3 launched in 2020, I've tested over 200 AI products — from code assistants to image generators to writing tools. What started as curiosity became a full-time mission: helping developers and PMs find the right AI tools without wasting money on hype.
How We Test & Review
Every tool gets tested in real projects — not sandbox demos. We use them for client work: building landing pages, writing technical docs, generating marketing copy, debugging production code.
- Test duration: minimum 2 weeks of active use
- Evaluation criteria: output quality, speed, pricing value, UX, integration capability
- We pay for our own subscriptions. No vendor provides free access in exchange for reviews.

- First-hand experience only — no secondhand information
- Pricing verified at time of publication (with date stamps)
- Negative aspects always disclosed — no pure promotional content
- Tool comparisons use identical prompts/tasks for fair evaluation
